Your body knows the way.
Kim created a practice called the Embodied Wholeness Loop. It stems from the balance of Yin and Yang: stillness and aligned action; coming home within and engaging with the world; microcosm and macrocosm.
This is a 4-step process: 1. Notice 2. Receive 3. Go 4. Flow.
The process is shaped as an infinity loop because it is a never-ending practice we return to again and again throughout life, grounding us in our soul’s personal truth.
Through this journey, you begin to notice what your body is communicating, discover what your medicine is, and make aligned, wise choices that support your greater wellness and vitality.
Yin
Notice. Receive.
Slow down to hear the whispers within.
With curiosity and compassion, we explore the wisdom of the body, emotions, mind, and spirit. Rather than rushing to change what we find, we practice listening. In the silence, we begin to understand ourselves more deeply and reconnect with the truth that has always lived within us.
Yang
Go. Flow.
Live what you've discovered.
As awareness grows, we begin making choices that reflect who we truly are. We practice courageous communication, heart-centered action, healthy boundaries, and aligned living. Instead of pushing against life, we learn to move with it, creating relationships, work, and a life that feels grounded, authentic, and deeply fulfilling.

Develop a relationship with yourself that allows vitality & healthier relationships to emerge.
The Embodied Wholeness Loop is for you if you are ready to come home to yourself and create a deeper relationship with your body, your life, and the people you love.
You may be someone who:
-
Wants to feel more grounded, connected, and at home in your body.
-
Is ready to listen to yourself instead of constantly looking outside of yourself for the answer.
-
Wants to understand what your body, emotions, and energy are communicating.
-
Is craving more balance between doing and being, giving and receiving, independence and support.
-
Wants to make wiser, more aligned choices in your relationships, work, health, and everyday life.
-
Has done a lot of inner work, but wants to actually embody what you know.
-
Wants to feel more vitality, pleasure, creativity, strength, and trust in yourself.
-
Is ready to take radical responsibility for your own well-being without having to do it all alone.
You don't need to have it all figured out.
You simply need to be curious about what becomes possible when you begin listening to yourself and trusting what you find.
Kimberly is the founder of Hearth & Île D'or.
Her work is rooted in the belief that healing begins by coming home to ourselves. She brings together years of study in mental health, Ayurveda, yoga, somatics, herbalism, energy healing, and embodied living to support people in creating healthier relationships with themselves, others, and life.
Kim studied Mental Health Counseling at Saint Michael's College and completed professional training at The Ayurveda Center of Vermont, Herbalism through the Vermont Center for Integrative Medicine, Yoga Teacher Training through Laughing River Yoga, Reiki Master training with Anne Cameron, and Quantum Healing Hypnosis through the work of Dolores Cannon.
She remains a lifelong student, continually learning through mentors, books, research, and her own lived experience. She is especially inspired by Taoism, the wisdom of nature, the intelligence of water, yoga philosophy, quantum physics, and the interconnected relationship between body, mind, emotions, breath, and spirit.
When she isn't working, you'll likely find Kim exploring a new place, making pottery, swimming, soaking up the sun, or spending time with her family.
