The Embodied Practice of Coming Home
A space to cultivate a life that nourishes your body and relationships.
What Kim Specialized in
The Embodied Wholeness Method is a journey of developing radical responsibility for our own bodies and relationships, so we no longer outsource our power.
I’ve dedicated my life to unraveling, softening, and deepening my relationship with Self. I share what I’ve learned through my own journey in hopes of supporting yours.
Restorative & Yin Yoga are an antidote to modern life.
They offer a cultural shift away from doing and achieving and toward being, listening, and surrendering. Creating intentional space to pause is an act of self-empowerment, a quiet rebellion against a world that continually asks us to do more.
You are more than enough, exactly as you are in this moment. Most of the time, we simply haven't given ourselves the spaciousness to feel that truth.
Your body holds a deep intelligence and wisdom. Through Restorative and Yin Yoga, we slow down enough to listen to your body, breath, emotions, and the deeper wisdom within.
Allow your practice lead you back home to yourself. Through this intuitive exploration, we create greater harmony within the body and cultivate healthier, more connected relationships with ourselves and others.

Embodied Wholeness Method
The Embodied Wholeness Loop is a simple way of understanding yourself.
Together, we'll slow down enough to notice what your body, emotions, and life are communicating, understand what they truly need, choose small aligned actions, and practice living in a way that feels more peaceful, nourishing, and true to you.
Every session moves through four gentle steps:
-
Notice what you're experiencing.
-
Receive what you need from within.
-
Go with one aligned next step.
-
Flow by practicing it in everyday life.
Rather than trying to fix you, the process supports you in building trust in your own inner wisdom.
